After you book
Step 1: We confirm
A text or a call from the front desk, usually the same day, to confirm your time.
Step 2: You get your forms
New patients receive the forms by text or email, so you can fill them in at home.
Step 3: You come in
Bring your photo ID and your insurance card. Plan on about an hour for a first visit.
Before you book
Is this booking real?
No. Brisa is a concept practice, so the form only shows an example message and nothing is sent. A real site would send your request to the front desk.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Call the front desk. We ask for a day’s notice when you can, so someone else can take the slot.
Can I book on Saturday?
Yes. Saturday slots run from 8 am to 1 pm, since we close at 2 pm. They fill fastest, so book a week ahead if you can.
What if I need to be seen today?
Call us. We keep same-day slots for tooth pain, broken teeth and swelling.
Do you ask for insurance details here?
No. Bring your card to the visit. We never ask for member numbers or health details on this site.
