Brisa Family Dental is a fictional practice. This website is a concept built by Nolara Studioto show what a dental practice site can look like. This page describes how the site handles information, written the way a real practice would write it.

What we collect

The site does not collect personal information. It has no accounts and no patient portal. Our server logs the technical details every web server sees when a page is requested, such as the page, the time and the type of browser. We use them to keep the site working.

Forms and booking

The booking and contact forms on this site do not send anything. When you press the button, the page shows a message that nothing was booked or sent. Whatever you type stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page. If a real practice used this design, its forms would send your name, phone number and preferred time to the office, and this section would say who sees them and how long they are kept.

The forms never ask for health information, insurance member numbers or payment details. For a real appointment, call(305) 555-0147.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies, uses no tracking pixels and stores nothing on your device. It does not sell or share visitor information.

Health information

Please do not send health information through this website. A real practice would ask for it only on paperwork you complete in the office or through a secure system. How a practice handles your health records is described in thenotice of privacy practices, which is also an example.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other sites, such as Nolara Studio and the American Dental Association’s public patient site. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Children

The site is written for adults, including parents who book for their children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
