What happens at your first visit
About 70 minutes from the front door to the front door. Kids’ first visits are shorter.
Total: about 70 minutes (example)
- 10 min

Show your ID and insurance card at the front desk. We scan them. If you filled in the forms at home, this goes faster.

Tell us what you want from your visit and what worries you. Nothing starts until you say so.
- 20 min
Step 3: X-rays and exam
A few small X-rays, then a full look at your teeth, gums and bite. Your dentist explains what they see as they go.
- 20 min
Step 4: Cleaning
A hygienist cleans your teeth. If you are short on time, we can book the cleaning for another day.
- 10 min
Step 5: Your plan and price
You get a written plan with what is needed now, what can wait and what each step costs with your insurance.
What to bring
A short list. If you forget something, call us and we will work it out.
Photo ID
A driver’s license, passport or other photo ID.
Your insurance card
The card itself. We scan it at the desk, so you never type your member number on this site.
A list of your medicines, on paper
Bring it to the visit and hand it to your dentist. We never ask for it online.
Old X-rays, if you have them
Or the name of your last dentist and we will ask for them. Not required.
For kids: a parent or guardian
With their own ID. Bring a comfort toy or a book if your child has a favorite.
A way to pay
Card, cash or an HSA/FSA card for your share of the visit.
Forms come before your visit
We send the forms by text or email after you book, so you can fill them in at home. Or arrive 10 minutes early and use a tablet at the desk.

This is a concept site. No forms are collected here, and nothing on this page asks for personal details.

Your name, contact details and how you would like us to reach you.
Consent to be treated
Your dentist goes over it with you in the room.
Payment and insurance policy
How we bill, what to expect on your statement and our cancellation policy.
An example welcome offer
Many practices give new patients a flat price for the first visit. This is how ours could look.

Questions new patients ask
How long is the first visit?
About 70 minutes for an adult with the cleaning. A child’s first visit is usually 30 to 40 minutes.
Do I need to have my X-rays sent over?
No. If you have recent ones, bring them or give us your old dentist’s name. If not, we take new ones.
Will I get treatment on the first day?
Most patients get an exam, X-rays and a cleaning. If something needs care, your dentist tells you what and when. You decide before anything is done.
What if I don’t have insurance?
You are welcome here. Ask about the welcome offer and our yearly plan. You always get the price in writing first.
Can I bring my kids on the same day?
Yes. We book parents and kids back to back, most often on Saturday mornings.
Do I fill in forms on this website?
No. After you book, we send the forms by text or email, or you fill them in on a tablet at the desk. This site never asks for health details.
