Pick your plan

We’ll tell you if it’s in our example network and what your options are.

Plans change every year and each employer picks its own benefits, so call us with your card in hand and we will confirm.

How we work with your plan

  • We check your benefits first

Before your visit we look up what your plan pays. You hear your share before you sit down.

  • We file the claim for you

In-network, we send the claim ourselves. Out-of-network, we give you the paperwork to send.

  • Yearly limits are on the table

Most plans pay up to a yearly maximum. We show you how much is left so you can plan your visits.

Paying without insurance

You get the price in writing before any treatment starts. These are the common ones.

What changes the price

  • The tooth and how much work it needs
  • The material, such as tooth-colored or porcelain
  • Whether you need X-rays, numbing or a follow-up visit

Financing for bigger treatment

For work like implants, crowns or aligners, you can split the cost into monthly payments through a third-party lender. We are not the lender.

Example only

An example

A $3,000 treatment over 24 months comes to about $125 a month at 0% interest. Your amount depends on the lender, your approval and the term.

You can also use an HSA or FSA card for your share.

  1. Step 1: Ask at the front desk

Once your plan is written, we show you how to apply. It takes about 5 minutes on your phone.

  2. Step 2: The lender decides

Not everyone is approved. You see the monthly amount and the term before you agree to anything.

  3. Step 3: Pay month by month

You pay the lender each month. Some plans have no interest if you pay within a set time. Read the terms first.
